Pig's trotters soup stew is as follows:
Raw materials: 2 pig's trotters, 15 peanuts, 15 soybeans, 3-5 jujubes, 1 scallion, 5 slices of ginger, 1 grasshopper, 2 star anise, 10 peppercorns, the right amount of water.
Steps:
1, pig's feet washed and cleaned the surface of the hair pick clean, split in half. (This step can ask the food market stallholder to do it for you, otherwise it is difficult to split the pig's feet with our ordinary household knives).
