150g butter, 80g sugar, 1 egg, 90g milk, 225g flour, 60g raisins
Methods
1. Soak the raisins in water to soften them, then remove and drain them, and then chop them up with a knife.
3. Beat the eggs, then add them to 2 in batches and mix well
4. Continue to add the milk and sifted flour, and finally add the raisins and mix well, i.e., for the batter.
5. Use a small spoon to scoop the batter into a greased baking pan.
6. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Place on the top layer of the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes before removing from the oven.
