1. Download the APP on your mobile phone and connect the fat meter with Bluetooth.

3. Stand barefoot in the measurement area and pay attention to fully contact the silver part.
4. Click on the mobile APP to start using it and wait for a while.

Matters needing attention in the use of fat measuring instrument
1, growing children/elderly people over 65 years old/postmenopausal women/patients with fever due to colds and other reasons/pregnant women/patients with osteoporosis with extremely low bone density/patients with edema/patients with artificial dialysis/people engaged in fitness or exercise may not be able to accurately measure body fat.
2. Fat measuring instrument can't measure the body fat of people under 10 or over 8 1 0.
