A piece of ice heart in the jade pot means "My pure heart will stay in the crystal clear jade pot forever" and "A piece of ice heart in the jade pot" is a famous sentence in the poem "at hibiscus inn parting with xin jian" by Wang Changling, a poet in the Tang Dynasty.
