The correct way to soak Pidu hair is as follows:
Tools/Materials: Pidu, water, green onions, and ginger.
1. Put the belly in a clean basin and soak it in water for two days, changing the water every 10 hours.
2. Put the green onions and ginger slices in the pot and bring to a boil.
3. After boiling, add the fish maw and continue to cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer overnight.
4. After simmering for one night, take it out and soak it in water for half an hour.
5. It’s ready.
