2. Method 2: Raw materials: 1 garlic and 6 scallops. Seasoning: olive oil, 1 tsp cooking wine and salt. Peel garlic and press it into minced garlic. Put a little olive oil in the pot. 3. Method 3: Material: 1 scallops, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, Jiang Mo, salt, cooking wine and peanut oil.
