Accessories: 250g pure milk, 100g honey red beans, 20g fine sugar
Steps:
1. Steam taro and purple sweet potato in water, then press them into puree with a spoon.
2. Add 85 grams of tapioca flour to the taro puree.
3. Knead into Sanguang dough, roll into long strips, and cut into small sections.

7. Take out the taro balls and soak them in cold water.
8. Use the same method to cook purple taro balls.
9. Soak in another bowl of cold water.
10. After the milk is boiled, add sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar. (You can also add condensed milk without adding sugar in the last step)
11. Add taro balls.
12. Add honey red beans and enjoy.
