Cinnamon is an oolong tea.

Biological characteristics:

Cinnamon is asexual. Shrubby, mesophyllous, late-blooming species.

The plant is still tall, semi-open, densely branched. The leaves are horizontally attached. Leaf length 7.1cm, long elliptic, leaf color dark green glossy, leaf surface flat, leaf body folded inward, leaf tip obtuse pointed, leaf teeth shallower obtuse sparse, leaf texture is thicker and softer, buds and leaves purplish-green, velvet hairs less. Corolla diameter 3.0cm, flowers 7 petals. The style is 3-lobed.

The shape is striped economy, slender. The color changes according to the fire power, medium fire and above, the common color is sallow, sandalwood, sallow and so on. The cinnamon is rich in aroma and has many different levels. Cinnamon planted in a sunny place has an open and high-pitched cinnamon flavor, and the soup is strong. The cinnamon planted in the back of the shade has a subtle fragrance and soft aroma. Due to the special process, it can also produce floral and fruity cinnamon.
