Steps
1. Put minced meat, chopped green onion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 0.25 tsp chicken essence together
2. Beat. Stir into minced meat
3. Remove the two ends of the lotus root segments, peel off the skin, and wash them
4. Cut the lotus root into continuous lotus root clips
