Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Remove the old leaves and roots of dandelion carefully wash the mud with water repeatedly.
3. Boiling water with a little bit of medium vegetable oil, into the dandelion slightly blanched for about ten seconds.
4. Fish out into the ice water, slightly soaked in water twice.
5. Three tablespoons of peanut and sesame sauce add a spoonful of chili oil and a small spoonful of Aji Fresh and mix well.
6. Cut the dried white beans into 1cm cubes and set aside.
7. Put a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the dried white beans, add about 2 grams of salt to make the dried beans into the bottom flavor.
8. Stir-fry until the dried beans are lightly browned and slightly swollen, then turn off the heat and set aside until warm.
9. Stir-fry the dried beans and blanch the dandelion to squeeze out the water.
10. Pour the sauce over the dandelions.
11. When serving, mix well.
