Because morel mushrooms like to grow in a low-temperature, high humidity environment, as long as the temperature is maintained in the range of 3-25 degrees, then, are able to grow normally, and the optimal growth of the temperature in the 15-18 degrees. So generally in October-December each year for sowing, if the temperature exceeds the range of 3-25 degrees, then the mycelium is very easy to die. So when planting morel mushrooms, we must pay attention to the selection of sowing time, should be adjusted according to the temperature, humidity and other factors to ensure the normal growth of morel mushrooms.
2, planting preparation
Before planting, we have to formulate a good cultivation material suitable for planting morel mushrooms. Cultivation material preparation is generally based on straw, wood chips and bran and other substances, but also in which you can add some phosphate fertilizer, humus and other substances. After mixing the cultivation material, then add an appropriate amount of water, fermentation for about three weeks and then put into a plastic bag. Then put in a high-temperature environment for sterilization, after these preparations can begin to carry out mycelium inoculation work. The inoculation method is based on two inoculations, and then cover the film and cover the soil, compact it, put it flat on the bed, and finally sprinkle water and cover the soil appropriately. About a month or so after the child entity can grow out.
3, mushroom period management
The fruiting body of morel mushrooms can generally grow in an environment of 10-18 degrees, if it is beyond this range, then the growth of the fruiting body is obviously hindered, and its optimal temperature is 12-15 degrees. After the fruiting body grows, we should pay attention to control the light, the light is very important to the formation of the fruiting body. Especially in the development of the substrate, light is essential to provide the right amount of scattered light for the morel mushrooms. The intensity of diffused light also has a certain relationship to the color of the substrate, if the light is deep, then the color of the morel mushrooms will be darker, and the opposite is weak. And during the mushrooming period, it is enough to provide about 30% light for the morel mushrooms.
4, ventilation moisture
In the growth of morel mushroom substrate, pay attention to control the moisture content of the soil, keep it at about 60%. The right moisture content to ensure the normal growth of morel mushrooms, the whole mushroom shed to maintain a moist environment, it is best to keep the humidity at about 88%. Then we also need to do a good job of ventilation, because morel mushrooms are a kind of aerobic fungi, so it is necessary to maintain sufficient oxygen in the mushroom shed. Every morning and evening, we should open the shade net appropriately and ventilate properly to maintain air quality.
