Peanut fish head soup: Ingredients: 1 large fish head, 100 grams of peanut meat, 1 bamboo branch, 10 red dates, 2 slices of ginger.
Method: (1) Wash the peanut meat and soak it in water for half an hour; wash the bamboo branches, soak them until soft, and cut them into small sections; wash the red dates (pitted) and ginger.
(2) Wash the fish head, cut open both sides, add oil and fry in a pan.
(3) Put peanut meat and red dates into a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, simmer for 1 hour, add fish heads, bamboo branches, and ginger and simmer for another 1 hour, season and serve.
