Materials:
1 box of fat beef slices, half an onion, about 4 coriander, appropriate cumin grains (as shown in the figure), appropriate Chili noodles (as shown in the figure), 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.

2. Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry cumin grains, pour in shallots and stir well. There is no need to fry onions until they are soft.

Remarks:
The Chili noodles used here are salty, and there is no extra salt, so it can be treated as appropriate. If you like spicy food, you can add some millet spicy when frying onions and stir fry together.
