Exercise:
Soak 1. 100g sweet potato vermicelli in warm water of about 40 degrees for 30 minutes. When the cavity can be cracked and cut off by hand without hard core, take out the napkin and drain it, and cut it into sections for later use.
2. Peel the pork sandwich, chop it into minced meat and take 60g for later use.
3. Hot pan cold oil, saute minced ginger and garlic, add 2 spoonfuls of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry red oil. Stir-fry minced meat, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine to make it fragrant, then add a small bowl of water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, half a teaspoon soy sauce, a little salt (which can be added according to personal taste) and sugar to taste.
4. When cooking, add the soaked and cut sweet potato vermicelli, cover with medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes, then turn to high heat to collect juice.
5. Leave a proper amount of soup, turn off the fire and put it on the plate, sprinkle a little millet pepper ring and chopped green onion, and the ants will be finished when they get up the tree!
