Prepare ingredients: one grapefruit peel, red heart grapefruit meat, honey, sugar and salt.
Production method:
One: first wipe the grapefruit skin with salt. Peel grapefruit with a peeler. The thinner the better. Cut the skin at both ends and then cut it in the middle, so that the pulp can be easily peeled off. Peel a lot of grapefruit and set aside.
Two: There is no white pulp in the grapefruit skin, then cut the grapefruit skin into filaments, rub it with salt a few times, then dry the grapefruit skin and soak it in warm salt water for 30 minutes to remove the bitter taste of the grapefruit.
Third, put the soaked grapefruit peel into the pot, add 400g water and a spoonful of salt, and cook for 10 minute. Rinse with clear water for 4-5 times, and then drain.
Four: Add a proper amount of water, sugar, red grapefruit meat and cooked grapefruit skin into the main pot, cover the pot and cook for about half an hour on low heat. After completely cooling, pour in honey, stir well, and put it in a sterilized sealed container.
