Sea red grouper comes from Nansha waters, which is hard to find. The meat is crisp, sweet and full of freshness, with thin strips of steamed meat and large strips of two flavors, including braised and fried balls. However, the price is higher than the price of green grouper, which is HK$62 per tael.
