Step by Steps of Stir-Frying Pancakes

Pancakes have to be dry and should be able to be broken. I used unfolded pancakes, but you can buy stacked ones from outside

Prepare two pots, one with some cold water to soak the pancakes, and the other with water to roll the pancakes
