2. Seasoning: salt water 700g, peanut oil 100g, refined salt, monosodium glutamate and cumin.
3. Take a proper amount of live cicada nymphs, put them in a boiling water pot and scald them to death, take them out, remove their limbs and wash them with water.
4. Soak in salt water for several hours or cook in a salt water pot for a while.
5. After the oil pan is heated to 40%, put it in the pan and fry it. Add oil to the pan, not too much, and fry it until crisp.
6. When the oil is heated to 60% to 70%, pour the golden cicada into the pot and fry it. Stir-fry until cicada skin turns golden yellow, then add refined salt, monosodium glutamate and cumin, and serve.
