Healthy practice of stinky tofu
Stinky tofu is a food fermented with fermented milk and brine made from vegetables or fish. Authentic stinky tofu will be made from old brine for at least several weeks to several months.
The healthier way to make stinky tofu is to steam it in a pot. Wash and drain the stinky tofu, sprinkle some chopped ham on it, add the sauce made of soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, and steam it in a pot for 7 minutes.
