Braised pork is widely spread throughout China, and there are as many as 20 or 30 different ways to make it, with some nutritional value.
Practice one
Clean the meat, the whole strip into the boiling water to sear for 30 seconds;
Scooped out and put under the tap to rinse until cooled through, cut thick pieces, put into the boiling water pot to sear for 30 seconds; once again, put under the tap to rinse until cooled through, put into the boiling water pot to sear for 30 seconds, scooped out and drained;
Pot of oil, cold oil into cinnamon
Add the pork and stir fry;
Stir fry the pork until both sides are slightly brown;
Put in the rock sugar, or brown sugar, straw mushrooms, soy sauce and soy sauce, salt;
Stir fry evenly, so that each piece of meat are colored;
Add the hot boiling water that does not exceed the ingredients, without a lid, high heat to cook, skimming away the floating foam;
Put in the hot water, without a lid, skimming away the floating foam. Add ginger and red dates, bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat and simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour;
Reduce the sauce over high heat;
Stir-fry while reducing the juice;
Till the sauce thickens and coats each piece of pork.
