Ingredients: 300g octopus, 20g red pepper, a little ginger, minced garlic and scallion, 3g salt, 4ml cooking wine, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, chicken powder, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, raw flour and cooking oil.
1 Cut the washed red pepper into small pieces.
Slaughter the clean octopus, peel off the skin and cut it into small pieces.

4 Add a little salt, monosodium glutamate and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
5 Boil the pot with water, and pour in the octopus.

9 Pour proper amount of cooking oil into the hot pot, heat it to 40%, and add octopus.
