Material: dried tofu
Accessories: coriander, garlic and pepper.
Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, cooked white sesame, sesame paste, sugar and sesame oil.
Practice:
1. First cut the dried tofu into 8 cm wide strips, and then cut it into filaments.
2. Wash the coriander and cut it into sections. Crush the garlic and cut it into fine powder.
3. Boil a pot of boiling water in the pot, add dried tofu and scald it 1 minute, and fish it until it is cold and boiled.
4. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to another pot, add an appropriate amount of pepper, stir-fry until the color changes, and then remove the oil.
5. Add chopped garlic and cooked white sesame seeds into a small bowl, and pour the burnt pepper oil on the garlic to stimulate the fragrance.
6. Then add 2 grams of salt, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of sesame paste, 2 grams of sugar and 3 grams of sesame oil into the bowl and stir well.
7. Finally, put the dried tofu on the plate, pour the prepared sauce on the surface, and add a few parsley on the surface.
Sauté ed dried tofu with vegetables
Ingredients: dried tofu, carrot and sweet pepper.
Accessories: green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper.
Seasoning: salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, sesame oil and water starch.
Practice:
1. First, cut the dried tofu into strips with a width of 5cm, then cut into filaments, cut carrots into filaments, and cut sweet peppers into filaments after removing pedicels and seeds.
2. Cut the green onion, slice the ginger and garlic into a bowl, and add a few red peppers.
3. Add a lot of water to the pot to boil, add 2 grams of salt, add a few drops of vegetable oil, blanch dried tofu and carrots for 30 seconds, and take them out under water control.
4. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to another pot. After the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add the bell pepper and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
6. Next, add the dried tofu and carrots, stir-fry evenly, add salt 1 g, sugar 1 g, 3 g of oyster sauce and pepper 1 g, and stir-fry and melt the seasoning.
7. Pour in the right amount of water starch, and finally turn off the fire and pour in the right amount of sesame oil, and you can get out of the pot.
