The practice of steaming miscellaneous dried fish;
1. Wash the dried fish, blanch with boiling water, pick up the fish, add chopped sea salt and onion ginger cooking wine and steam together.
2. Put the onion and ginger in the oil pan for five or six minutes, pour the steamed dried fish out of the pan and then pour the steamed fish and soy sauce in.
