150g walnut kernels
40g white sugar
Adequate amount of corn starch
- Steps-
1. Fry walnut kernels over low heat and set aside.
2. Add a small amount of water to sugar
3. Boil until big bubbles appear
4. Add the walnut kernels and sift in the starch at the same time
5. Stir continuously until the walnut kernels are evenly frosted and the pan is finished
