What are the planting methods of eggplant?
Eggplant cultivation is divided into open cultivation and protected cultivation.

(1) There are three main ways to cultivate in the open field.

① Early-maturing cultivation. Using hotbed bed as seeding bed, seeding and seedling raising were carried out in late June and May 438+February, and then planted in sunny bed in early and middle March or covered with small plastic film arch from late March to early April. Early-maturing varieties can be harvested in the middle and late May, and seedlings can be pulled out after July.

② Open cultivation in spring and summer.

65438+1sow seedlings in hotbed in early and middle October, separate seedlings in sunny bed, and sow in late April. Early-maturing varieties began harvesting in early June, and late-maturing varieties began harvesting in the middle and late June. Generally, pulling seedlings after September is the main crop for eggplant cultivation.

③ Cultivation in summer and autumn. Late-maturing varieties are mostly used, sowing in the open field in early and middle April, and sowing after wheat harvest (early and middle June). The main harvest season is from August to the first half of June 10. Eggplant varieties are suitable for cultivation in this season.

(2) Protective cultivation can be divided into greenhouse, small arch shed, large arch shed, greenhouse, multi-span greenhouse and other protective facilities cultivation. Large arch shed cultivation promotes eggplant cultivation in spring and delays eggplant cultivation in autumn; Greenhouse cultivation is divided into autumn eggplant, winter eggplant, early spring eggplant, summer eggplant and other ways to rotate with other vegetable crops. At present, the main cultivation method is one crop a year.

One-season cultivation is generally carried out in August 8- 10/early October of 65438+ 10, and in the first and middle months of 65438+ 10, and seedlings are pulled out in August after wheat harvest in the following year. Autumn stubble cultivation, seedling raising in July, sowing in August, big arch shed cultivation,165438+1pulling out seedlings in the first half of October; Greenhouse cultivation, pulling out seedlings from June 5438 to February of the following year, and then planting solanaceous fruits or beans. Early spring June 1 2 ~ June1seedling raising, greenhouse1~ February planting, June ~ August seedling pulling; Cultivation in big arch shed, sowing in late February and early March, pulling out seedlings in June-August, then cultivating solanaceous fruits, beans or leafy vegetables, or pulling out seedlings until165438+1October. For summer cultivation in inland high-temperature areas, it is necessary to cover the greenhouse or large arch shed with sunshade net to cool down, raise seedlings in April-May, sow in May-June, and pull out seedlings in August-65438+10. In the cold plateau area, it can be cultivated directly in the open field in summer.
