Put the milk, sugar and egg yolk into a pot and stir well. Heat the stirred milk liquid in a small pot with low fire until bubbles appear, add the powdered milk, and cook while stirring until the liquid is slightly thickened.
Turn off the fire and let it cool. Pour the mixed milk into the ice cream mold (you can also put honey beans and fruits first), and knock the mold to make the surface even. Then cover the mold and put it in the freezer for more than 5 hours. When eating, it is easy to take out the ice cream by washing it with water or leaving it at room temperature for a minute or two.
