Homemade Sausage

Ingredients: Pork hind leg meat, sheep casings, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, pepper, water, cooking wine, white sugar, red yeast powder, and ginger powder.

Steps:

Step 1. Cut the pork into small pieces and put it into a food processor.

Step 2, stir into meat paste.

Step 3. Add all the seasonings.

Step 4. Stir evenly and marinate for an hour.

Step 5. Put the minced meat into the sausage enema.

Step 6. Clean the casings in advance, soak them in water for half an hour, and put the casings on the enema machine as shown.

Step 7: Fill in the minced meat as shown in the picture.

Step 8: After everything is done, tie it section by section with string and place it in a ventilated place to dry for twelve hours.

Step 9. Put the sausage in the pot and add water to cover the sausage. Add green onions, cooking wine, peppercorns, and star anise. You don’t need to add these seasonings. Bring the pot to a boil and simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Step 10. After cooking, turn off the heat, let cool, cut into sections and store in the refrigerator.
