1. Macrobrachium nipponense is one of the genus Macrobrachium widely inhabiting in China. As a kind of pure freshwater shrimp, it is distributed almost all over the country, especially in Baiyangdian area of Hebei Province and Taihu area of Jiangsu Province.
2. Grass shrimp: the scientific name of Penaeus monodon, also known as black shell shrimp, belongs to Penaeidae. Because I like living in aquatic plants, I call it grass shrimp.
3. China shrimp: It is one of the main freshwater shrimp species in China, mainly distributed in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea in China and the western coast of North Korea.
4. Macrobrachium rosenbergii: It is a large freshwater shrimp, also known as Penaeus Malaysia, freshwater brachiopod and so on. Originated in Southeast Asia, it has the advantages of fast growth, wide eating habits, high meat quality and nutrition, and short breeding cycle.
5. Ghost Shrimp: It is a small freshwater shrimp, which is named because its whole body is completely transparent and even its internal organs can be clearly seen.
6. White shrimp: It belongs to freshwater shrimp and grows in open water. The most famous white shrimp in Taihu Lake, China, also known as white shrimp with ridged tail, is known as "the first white shrimp in Taihu Lake".
