Method 1: Use the phone retrieval function:

1)? Prerequisites: EMUI 4.1 and below platforms, the phone is turned on, the phone is connected to the Internet, the phone is logged in with a Huawei account, and the phone retrieval function is available and turned on.

2) Log in to the cloud service on your computer.

3) Enter your username and password to enter the cloud service homepage.

4) Enter the same password as when logging in to the cloud service account on the web page.

5) Then select Find my phone.

Enter the Huawei account login password.

6) At this point, the page jumps to the locating mobile phone page. After locating the mobile phone, click Remote Lock.

7) At this time, you need to enter the new lock screen password and click Next.

Enter the login password again to confirm the operation and click Next.

8) The following steps are optional. If you do not need relevant prompt information, just select Next and click Lock.
