The water pump treatment method comprises the following steps:
(1) Open the shell of the wall-hung boiler with a Phillips screwdriver.
(2) Remove the nut of the water pump in the wall-hung boiler with a screwdriver (shaped like a coin slot, as shown in the figure), and then observe whether the bearing of the water pump rotates.
(3) If the water pump bearing does not rotate, put it into the slot on the outer side of the bearing with a flat screwdriver, and manually turn the screwdriver to drive the pump bearing to rotate.
(4) After the water pump runs normally, reset the disassembled part of the wall-hung boiler.
If the high temperature fault still occurs after the water pump is treated, the "three-way motor" fault is eliminated. There are two ways to check and confirm whether the three-way motor is damaged:
(5) The manual three-way motor works normally, the boiler starts normally, and the heating water temperature is normal and stable;
(6) At the same time, measure whether the telecommunication signal input of the three-way motor is normal.

Typical failure phenomena:
(1) Domestic hot water is normal; Under the heating condition, the water temperature of the wall-hung boiler quickly rises above 80 degrees, and the fault code E9 is displayed.
(2) Touching the hand pump will be very hot;
(3) When the wall-hung boiler reports fault E9, turn off the wall-hung boiler. Switch the summer mode, turn on the tap of domestic hot water, and the domestic hot water will have an instantaneous high temperature. Back to normal later.
Check and confirm according to the above method, and finally find that the water pump is burnt out, and replace the water pump to return to normal.
