How to make onion salad
1. Materials for preparing Japanese potato salad
2. The potatoes are cooked and mashed (carrots and potatoes are peeled and cooked with rice, which is very convenient ~). All the ingredients of potato salad are diced.
3. Pour all the ingredients of potato salad into the salad bowl and add the seasoning of potato salad.
4. Mix well and put in the refrigerator for later use.
Braised pork with ginger
Ingredients: 300g pork tenderloin, 2 onions/1, cabbage.
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of ginger paste, apple paste 1 tablespoon, onion paste 1 tablespoon, garlic paste 1 tablespoon, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of miso 1 tablespoon, and white wine (it should be sake, but I don't have it).
Exercise:
1. Slice Chinese cabbage, soak it in ice water for 1 min (to keep the crispness of vegetables), take it out and drain it for later use.
2. Rub ginger, garlic, onion and apple into mud with tools.
3. Add seasoning for later use
4. Shred the onion, slice the pork, and marinate it with the sauce just prepared (I forgot to do this step, it will taste better if marinated).
5. Add a little oil to the pan, add shredded onion and stir fry.
6. Stir-fry until the onion shreds are slightly transparent, and add the braised pork (the sauce should be drained).
7. Stir fry until the pork changes color
8. Add the marinated pork sauce until the juice is dry.
