1. School Introduction Taizhou Open University is located at No. 2000 Donghai Avenue, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. It was founded by the Taizhou District Administration in January 1979 and was originally named Zhejiang Radio and Television University Taizhou Branch.
In March 1983, the school became one of the 85 TV University learning centers in the country and 4 in the province.
In 1999, the Taizhou branch of Radio and Television University moved from the old Linhai campus to Jiaojiang and settled in Taizhou Higher Education Park, covering an area of ??more than 80 acres and a construction area of ??more than 30,000 square meters. In the same year, it was upgraded to Taizhou Radio and Television University.
