Jiuhuashan three-day travel guide + route + food

There are many temples in Mount Jiuhua, so most of the people who go there are sincere worshipers of Buddha, but some of them may simply want to see the majestic mountains, rivers and jungles of Mount Jiuhua, and they feel that the temple is built in such a dangerous place.

I feel really powerful and very impressive.

I think Jiuhuashan tourism is divided into three parts.

First: Jiuhuashan Visitor Center (Kecun).

This is the place to buy Jiuhuashan tickets and scenic bus tickets, as well as the place to take long-distance buses.

There are a lot of accommodations here, but I don’t recommend you to stay here, because there is so much to do in Jiuhua Mountain in one day, you can only do half or one-third of it in one day.

Second: Jiuhua Street.

You must buy a ticket to enter here.

This is also the base camp for Jiuhua Mountain tourism. It is no exaggeration to say that 90% of tourists will choose to stay here.

Moreover, Jiuhua Street integrates accommodation, dining, and Buddhist worship, all in one.

Third: The upper part of Jiuhua Mountain.

I spent two days visiting three-quarters of the scenic spots in Jiuhua Mountain, but I didn’t find any accommodation on the mountain.

But there are indeed people who stay in Jiuhua Mountain, the main hall on the top of the mountain.

There are also people staying at Centennial Palace.

But I found that those people are all Buddhists or Buddhist enthusiasts.

After finishing the above three parts, let me introduce to you the three-day tour route of Jiuhua Mountain: Jiuhua Mountain is the dojo of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. It is very popular here and has hundreds of large and small temples. Each temple can be visited.

Worship Buddha.

There are four relatively large jungles in Mount Jiuhua: Gion Zen Temple, Huacheng Temple (founding temple), Flesh Body Palace, and Centennial Palace.

But most people think that the four major jungles in Mount Jiuhua are: Gion Zen Temple, Dongya, Centennial Palace, and Ganlu Temple.

As far as I know, accommodation is available at Gion Zen Temple.

So if you want to worship Buddha, these are the ones you should go to.

Basically half of it is in Jiuhua Street, while the famous Centennial Palace is on the top of the mountain.

Day 1: Dayuan Cultural Park Scenic Area is very close to the Jiuhuashan Kecun Visitor Center. Tickets are 180, which can be cheaper online.

It mainly includes: Bronze Statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Inner and Outer Mingtang Square, Buddhist Culture Exhibition Center, Buddhist College, Pujiyuan, Xiaoxitian Scenic Area, etc.

Personally, I feel that the scenic spots built later have no culture first, and no history second.

You can take a selective tour.

(So ??you can decide this day by yourself. You can play or discard it. 500 people recommend discarding it.) The next day: Rooftop (walking up the mountain)--Huiju Temple--Guanyin Peak--the top of the Rooftop--Small Flower Terrace--

Big Flower Terrace - the top of the Flower Terrace - the Cableway Station down the Huatai Mountain - Visitor Center - the following points should be noted for this day's tour of Jiuhua Street: The entire rooftop scenic area is the front mountain part of Jiuhua Mountain and one of the core parts. Many temples are built on it.

There are many temples in Qianshan, and they are very utilitarian, so be careful when visiting them.

If you want to walk from the rooftop to the Huatai Scenic Area, it is not too difficult. It is recommended to walk there, but you must remember to take a few more photos on the front mountain and take a photo of the skyline of the Rooftop Scenic Area on your mobile phone, because you are doing the ropeway in the Huatai Scenic Area.

After going down the mountain and exiting the scenic area, you need to apply for a second entry. There is no need to pay for the second entry, but you need to apply for a permit. The staff will need to see your photo to prove that you did not evade the fare.

There is a naturally formed giant Buddha in the Huatai Scenic Area. I suggest you go and see it. It does look very similar, but don’t go wrong. After seeing the natural giant Buddha, there will be a fork to the Phoenix Pine. I personally recommend that you don’t go and stay the same.

Return the road and go to the top of the flower platform.

My first day of climbing started at 10 am and ended at 4 pm.

The third day: Start at the path next to the Garden - Centennial Palace - Maitreya Hall - Ten Thousand Buddhas Pagoda - Huixiang Pavilion - Huixiang Pavilion fork to the physical treasure hall - Jiuhua Street.

The entire day's journey takes about six hours.

From Gionji Temple to Centennial Palace, you can choose the cable car or walk.

Act within your ability.

The road signs for the scenic spots in Jiuhua Mountain are not very clear, so don’t go in the wrong direction.

My food recommendation is Xiao Jiang Local Restaurant, which is great and the boss is very nice. When you get to Jiuhua Street, just call him and he will pick you up.

But I'm sure his house can't accommodate 500 people.

The wine brewed by the boss was very delicious, and he gave me two glasses for free.

Half a catty, haha.

Recommend their fried pork with bamboo shoots in a dry pot and scrambled eggs with rock fungus.

When I was traveling to Mount Jiuhua, I saw his restaurant on Dianping. In fact, I went there with the attitude of giving it a try, but this meal really made me feel what it means to be real. I was the only one at that time.

People, but I also want to order a few more dishes and drink two drinks, because I am too tired after a day of hiking.

As a result, the proprietress gave me half a portion of each dish, and also gave me a plate of dried fruit and melon seeds.

At that time, when I went to Xiaojiang Local Restaurant for dinner, his family encountered some difficulties. Many nearby merchants maliciously criticized his family. After just one meal, I decided to write something for the real restaurant, so when I returned home, I

Dianping wrote a five-star review.

You might as well go somewhere and have a taste.

Jiuhua Mountain is a place worth visiting. Of course, if you are a believer in Buddhism, you should go even more. Seeing the different scenery will change your mood. Everyone should pay attention to safety and be careful.
