1. Remove the gills, scales, guts, and fins of the bass, clean them several times, and control the moisture. Then make a few diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish to enhance the flavor.
2. Place oil in a pot, heat it up, add shredded onions and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, fry the fish evenly on both sides of the pot until golden brown, then turn off the heat. My pot is small, so it was really hard to fry this fish whole!
