In China, I have no real experience of traveling to a city for delicious food.
But if I have the chance, the cities I would most like to visit would be: 1. Chengdu.
Chengdu is famous for its rich Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine, including spicy yet fresh Sichuan cuisine and milky Chongqing cuisine.
Especially the hot pot and Shu Da Xia make foodies want to go back.
Chengdu’s slow pace and food culture are even more exciting.
2. Xi'an.
Xi'an is a famous historical and cultural city in China, and its food is equally ancient and fragrant.
The northern noodles, famous for their mutton steamed buns, as well as various Lanzhou beef noodles, soup dumplings, cold noodles and other snacks are all very appetizing.
In addition, the famous Muslim Street is a paradise for delicious food.
3. Shanghai.
Shanghai’s Eastern and Western cultures blend together, and the food is equally eclectic.
The famous local dishes and Shanghai-style dishes show the soul, and the street snacks are gathered here to keep you entertained.
What's more, for those who are passionate about food, how can they miss Shanghai's fresh ingredients, superb cooking skills and delicious taste! 4. Hangzhou.
Hangzhou cuisine is famous for its deliciousness and lightness. It has the desert style of Braised Pork in Snow and the elegant and fresh taste of Xizi Lake Longjing Shrimp Cake.
At the same time, Hangzhou’s beautiful scenery and leisurely atmosphere also make people relaxed and happy, and they serve multiple purposes.
What I personally yearn for the most is Chengdu, where there is an atmosphere of slow life and the pleasure of the tip of the tongue. The food tour must be very pleasant.
Of course, this is just my imagination. The real experience still needs to be felt in person, but I believe it will be endlessly memorable.
If I have the chance, I really want to explore this food paradise like a human being!
