The buns are especially crunchy and sweet with a strong milky flavor.

Ingredients
Main ingredient: 140g potato starch, 20g low gluten flour, 25g milk powder;
Supplementary ingredients: 35g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, moderate oil

Prepare the required ingredients.

Crack the eggs into a bowl.

Add sugar to the egg mixture.

Mix well.

Mix potato starch, low flour, milk powder and baking powder together and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a strainer spoon.

Sift into the egg mixture.

First toss with a spoon in irregular directions to form a floury consistency.

Then knead the dough.

Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long strip.

Divide it in small portions with a knife.

Knead into small pea-sized balls.

Place them on a greased tray, separating them slightly.

Place in preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Bake until the tops of the buns are light golden brown.

Put into a plate, or put into a plastic box, for toddlers as a supplement or for small children as a snack is good.
