The first step is to choose a ripe mango. When choosing mangoes, you should choose big and round mangoes. Don't choose mango with green skin. Mango has black spots. Nine times out of ten, mangoes with black spots on their bodies have been left too long, and the pulp in the middle has rotted. Mango with green skin is not naturally ripe. This green mango tastes very astringent. Wash the mango first and remove the dust from the mango.
Step 2, cut around the core with a fruit knife, being careful not to cut through, just cut the core once. As shown in the figure.
The third step is to grasp the upper and lower ends with both hands and twist the mango.
Step 4, pull out the mango on one side, as shown in the figure.
Step 5, take a clean convenient bag and take out the other half core.
Pick up the spoon and start eating gracefully.
