1. Wash the raw lamb chops, and heat them in microwave oven for five minutes to force out the blood. Then clean and drain.
2. Add salt and minced garlic to lamb chops, and barbecue in microwave oven for five minutes.
3. Pour the lamb chops with honey sauce and heat for three minutes.
4. Add Chili noodles to lamb chops and barbecue for two minutes.
5. Roast lamb chops with cumin powder for five minutes.
Precautions: Because the microwave oven will cause the lamb chops to lose a lot of water, long-term baking may cause the mutton chops to be stiff. If there are old people or children at home, it is suggested to reduce the time appropriately by about 1 to 2 minutes, so that the meat will become fresh and tender.
