Main Ingredients:
1 piece of salmon, a little red pepper, 1 green onion, 2 pieces of cauliflower.
Supplementary Ingredients:
1, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp of wine, 50g of white grapes; 2, 1 tbsp of stock, a pinch of salt, ? tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
How to make it:
1. Put the salmon in a container, sprinkle some salt and wine, then cover with microwaveable film and heat it for 2 minutes on strong power, remove. Add the cream and mushrooms and microwave without film for 1 minute at high power.
2. Remove from the microwave and spread the radish puree on top of the fish, cover with microwaveable film and microwave on high power for 30 seconds.
3. Warm the sauce and pour it over the fish, then sprinkle with chopped green onions, blanched cauliflower and lemon.
