3-4 tbsp yogurt, 220g chicken loin, 8-10 digestive biscuits, 23 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper
How to do it

Slice chicken loin into bite-sized pieces and marinate in yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for 20 minutes to soften the meat.

Place 8-10 pieces of digestive biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Pour the marinated chicken muscle into the plastic bag full of crushed digestive biscuits and give it a shake, then press gently so that the digestive biscuits completely cover the chicken.

Arrange the chicken on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes on both sides of the oven until golden brown and cooked through.
