Bad Badtz-maru (Japanese: バッドばつ) is a cartoon character created by Japanese Sanrio Company in 1993. Taiwan Province Province is usually translated as a cool penguin, while Hongkong is often called "XO". Badez Maru is also the mascot of the 2006 World Basketball Championship.
