Cultivation method of cauliflower
Cauliflower, also known as cauliflower, cauliflower or cauliflower, is an annual plant in Cruciferae, also known as cauliflower, cauliflower, cauliflower and cabbage. Originated from the eastern Mediterranean coast,/kloc-was introduced to China in the early 9th century. Cauliflower is a very popular vegetable with delicious taste, rich nutrition and high medicinal value.

Variety selection

The selection of varieties is very important. Generally speaking, early-maturing varieties are not suitable for spring planting. In order to be listed early next year, varieties with 80- 100 days should be selected, such as Chun Xue No.3 and Jinpin No.50, which are suitable for greenhouse cultivation in spring, and Chun Xue No.9 can be cultivated in the open field in greenhouse. These varieties mature 60 days after planting, with twisted inner leaves and good ball retention, with an average single ball weight of 12 kg. It has strong disease resistance.

Cultivation measures

(1) Raise seedlings in nutrient pots and apply phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to strengthen seedlings. Every cubic meter of nutrient soil should be added with 100- 150g dexamethasone or 5% carbendazim to control dehumidification. After sowing, if there is cold air, you can build a small arch shed in the greenhouse. The lowest temperature in the shed is not lower than 8℃. After emergence, the diseased seeds can be removed. After 3-4 leaves, the spacing between nutrient pots should be continuously increased to facilitate the cultivation of strong seedlings. Low temperature exercise should be carried out 7- 10 days before sowing, and gradually decreased to 2℃-5℃ at night to adapt to the field growth environment. Prevention and control of downy mildew, mildew and bacterial wilt at seedling stage.

② Fertile land should be selected for soil preparation and fertilization. Apply 3000-4000 kg of decomposed organic fertilizer and 50 kg of ternary compound fertilizer per mu. Rake should be turned in time after application, and the drainage ditch should be cleaned in time to keep the drainage ditch unblocked.

③ The best sowing date is mid-February in greenhouse, mid-February in small arch shed and mid-March in plastic film mulching. Suitable seedling age is 65-80 days, 5-6 real leaves are planted in soil, the row spacing is 50-55 cm, the plant spacing is 45 cm, and the yield per mu is 2700-2800. In order to go on the market as soon as possible, it should be covered with plastic film. If the size of seedlings is different, it needs hierarchical planting management. Prevent late freezing injury after planting.

④ The field management of Chun Xue varieties should be extended to the end. After planting, water and fertilize a lot, and water frequently in spring drought to keep the soil moist. In order to improve the ground temperature and promote rooting and survival, arch shed cultivation should be closed for 3 ~ 5 days. After the seedlings are removed, they should be ventilated in time according to the weather changes. The temperature in the shed should be 25℃-28℃ during the day and 10℃- 15℃ at night. About 10 day after planting, according to the growth trend of cauliflower, apply urea 15kg per mu and water it in time. In order to increase the yield and prevent the flower heads from being black and empty, 30 kilograms of ternary compound fertilizer, boron fertilizer 1-2 times and potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2-3 times were applied per mu, and the root promotion and topdressing were combined. Weeds, old leaves and yellow leaves should be removed in time when topdressing.
