Razor clams in green onion fat
1
It's chicken fat, which is usually the "by-product" of the chicken, after slaughtering. This is a "by-product" that is usually stripped from chickens after they are slaughtered, so you can accumulate it, store it in the refrigerator, and use it to make "fried rice with chicken oil", which is also very good.

4
Raise the razor clams in lightly salted water for 4 hours to allow them to spit out the sediment. To prepare lightly salted water, use tap water with salt to make it slightly less salty than that used for stir-frying, or ask for it from a fish stall.

Put the razor clams after spitting out the sediment, put them in a leaky hedge, and mix them while rinsing, to clean the razor clams.

Tips
1, chicken fat can be stored in the usual way, or you can ask for it from the chicken slaughter stalls or just buy a 1 yuan portion.
2, no chicken oil can be replaced by other fats, just a little less flavor.
