How to Make Homemade Meat Floss Pancakes

Prepare the Raw materials: flour, lard, sugar, meat floss, water.

Knead all the ingredients from the first step, except the meat floss, into a smooth dough.

Divide the large dough into small, even pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees top and bottom.
