Ingredients: Scorpio, cooking wine, ginger, soy sauce, onion, pepper, soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, onion, Pixian bean paste, cumin, soy bean curd, aniseed, stewed meat, white radish and Flammulina velutipes.

8. Prepare a pressure cooker, pour the fried scorpion into a wok, put all the materials of the stew into a gauze bag, add some pepper aniseed, salt and rock sugar, and add boiling water. Cover the pot and you can start stewing.
9. Prepare white radish and Flammulina velutipes.
10. Wash Flammulina velutipes and cut off the hard heels. Cut the radish into thick slices for use.
