How to make ice powder

Prepare the ice cubes for later use.

Take another container, pour 700 ml of purified water, add brown sugar and cook, cool until use (can also be refrigerated).

Pour 1500 ml of water into the container and bring to a boil. Add the ice powder and stir to melt. Then add 3 tablespoons of white sugar and stir to melt. Cool. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Tips
1. The water for boiling ice powder should not be lower than 90℃
2. Ingredients can be changed and added according to personal taste
3. If the ice powder is too tender or too old, you can boil it a second time and then add ice powder or purified water.
