Method is as follows:
500 grams of ribs.
2 potatoes.
2 slices of aromatic leaves.
3 star anise.
Cinnamon 1 piece.
6 pieces of rock sugar.
Step 1
Ribs washed and chopped small pieces, cool water under the ribs, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, onion and ginger blanching, fish out and rinse clean, drain the water. Start a pot over low heat and put a moderate amount of oil and rock sugar, stir fry until the rock sugar completely melted, down into the ribs stir fry evenly into the onion and ginger slices, sesame leaves, star anise, cinnamon stir fry, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir fry evenly.
Step 2
Add the hot water that is not over the ribs, turn the water to low heat and cook for 25 minutes with the lid on.
Step 3
Appropriate amount of salt, add the cubed potatoes (there happen to be half a carrot, also put together) continue to stew for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Stew until the potatoes are cooked through, and reduce the juice over high heat.
Step 5
Super flavorful ribs and potatoes are ready.
Step 6
The potatoes are soft and flavorful.
