Roasted Kale Directions:
1, wash the baby kale, cut in half
2, cut the garlic, onion, bacon
3, put the oil in the pan, under the bacon sautéed until the oil. Add garlic and onion and stir-fry, then pour in baby kale.
4, add salt, sugar, black pepper to taste
5, transfer to the oven, 200 degrees baking 15 minutes to turn over and then 10 minutes, out of the pan
