Clean it, boil the water, scald it a little, take it out and place it on a plate. Prepare the green onion and ginger. Crush them and put them in a pot. Add oil and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour it on top of the octopus. Pour some soy sauce on it. You can go up. Also, wash it and do the same thing, scald it with boiling water and take it out. Put the ginger in the pot and stir-fry the octopus. Add a little salt, sugar, soy sauce and oil. Just add some coriander at the end.
