Broccoli soup
Ingredients: 100 grams of broccoli, 50 grams of milk, appropriate amounts of chopped green onion, minced ginger, water starch, 1 tsp each of sugar and salt, 1/2 tsp oil spoon, a little MSG.
Method: Break off the broccoli into small florets, wash and blanch. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and ground ginger powder to the pan; add appropriate amount of stock and bring to a boil. Bring the broccoli to a boil; add milk, salt, sugar, and MSG to boil and thicken the gravy. Add oil and cook briefly.
